Hubei Benxin operates its own factory in Songzi, equipped with 10+ enamel/stainless-steel reaction synthesis vessels, independently synthesizing imidazoline via dehydration condensation of oleic acid and organic amines above 220℃ — a fully in-house chain of R&D, synthesis, and sales. We supply directly-blendable high-purity raw liquid and intermediates to inhibitor formulators, water-treatment chemical makers, and metalworking fluid formulators at home and abroad.

BXH-102 decomposes at >460℃ and remains stable at 280℃, is free of phosphorus, chlorine and heavy metals, and inhibits corrosion from CO₂, H₂S, HCl and other acidic media — a broad-spectrum performer.
