Coker Gas Oil Denitrification

Non-hydrogenation complexation denitrification, with a dealkalization nitrogen rate of 70%-81%, reducing coker gas oil basic nitrogen from over 1000ppm to 300-600ppm while simultaneously removing metals and carbon residue, improving FCC/hydrotreating feed quality and light-oil yield.

Distillate Oil Deacidification

Integrated complexation deacidification with resource recovery: under mild conditions (80-85℃, atmospheric pressure), naphthenic acid is deeply removed, taking distillate oil with an acid value above 5.0 mgKOH/g stably below 1.0 mgKOH/g, while recovering high-value naphthenic acid as a by-product.

  • Applicable to diesel, gas oil, and mixed distillates
  • Deacidification agent recovery ≥85%, solvent recovery ≥95%, no solid waste generated

FCC Slurry Deashing

A high-efficiency slurry settling agent working via a dual "coagulation + flocculation" mechanism: at a trace dosage of 0.04%-0.08%, the 24-hour deashing rate exceeds 90%, taking ash content from several thousand ppm down to below 200ppm, unlocking high-value uses such as needle coke, carbon materials, and low-sulfur marine fuel.
